Zif Medical Devices Organization and Administration Zif will be incorporated in order to effectively raise capital and limit shareholder liability. The president of the company will be David Bean. Mr. Bean has a BS in Mechanical Engineering, extensive experience in engineering and manufacturing in the plastics industry, and is acquiring an MBA at Purdue University. He has the practical experience and educational background required to make this venture successful. Initially, Mr. Bean will be responsible for the company's general management, financing, and contract printing, assembling, and packaging needs. Hank Cattadoris, an expert mold designer and project engineer with 15 years experience, will be vice president in charge of mold design, procurement, startup, and processing. Additionally, Mr. Cattadoris will be responsible for the coordination of contract molding. Joe Schroeder, BA & MBA in marketing, will be vice president in charge of sales, marketing, distribution, and human resources. Joe has broad experience in each of these areas and is well positioned to meet the company's early and ongoing service requirements. Tom Evans, MBA in Finance, will be vice president in charge of finance and accounting. Tom has extensive experience as a corporate controller. See page 31 for management's resumes.

Initially, a temporary hourly workforce will be hired for administrative tasks. Employees will be offered permanent salaried positions once they have demonstrated technical proficiency and are determined to be a good fit for Zif's team-based environment. Professional services such as accounting and engineering will be leveraged as needed. As the company grows, professional help will be hired as the need becomes significant and justifiable.
